Church overview statment The place oozes a mystical quality that you can only get from such an ancient church. This flows naturally into the service, which is intended to excite the mind and soul when considering 'higher things'. The traditional style of worship does not mean that you will be totally baffled by what's going on - the new mass book makes it incredibly accessible. If you want to feel close to God, this is the place to come, and importantly, the regular congregation will always welcome you ... usually in the pub after the service.
